INTRODUCTION

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is being run by the promoter ‘Kelly Hoinville Photography’. Entries are open from 1st July to 3pm AEST on 31st July 2024.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

You must be aged 18 years or over to be eligible to enter. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

Entry forms must be completely filled out with detailed answers to be counted as a complete and valid entry.

PRIZE DETAILS

The prize includes two entry tickets to the 2024 CherryHill Blossom Festival and a Premium Portrait Session with Kelly Hoinville Photography at the 2024 Blossom Festival. The prize is valued at over $300.

The winner will be contacted via email and then announced publicly via email and social media. If the winner cannot be contacted via email, they will be contacted by phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Any entrant who may be selected as the winner agrees to be involved in promoting the competition, including being photographed and that Kelly Hoinville Photography can use their name, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

The winner must book the portrait session to be conducted at the 2024 Blossom Festival. If they do not book the session, they forfeit the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kelly Hoinville Photography accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

DISCLAIMERS

Kelly Hoinville Photography reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions, even once entries have started to be submitted.

The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.

The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
